In this example, shipping callbacks
onShippingAddressChange and
onShippingOptionsChange are provided. Shipping options are
built on the merchant page, then sent to the API via the order capture
endpoint. Note, shipping callbacks will prevent the form from showing up
inline in an iframe, and instead, the buyer will be directed to either
popup or modal presentation modes.
